Spam Bulletin Spammers = Digital Rapists. Don't Let Them Get Away with It!

Before you report a spammer, please make sure that it conforms to the following definition of spam:

An electronic message is "spam" if (A) the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients; AND (B) the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent.

This spammer from Lodha Group celebrated his 3rd anniversary at work by spamming thousands of people he's never heard about and who have never subscribed to his mailing list. And he's so proud of his achievement.

This is how Zodiac Clothing deals with spam complaints. Sends a Direct Twitter message from somebody whose connection with Zodiac Clothing is unknown. Maybe they sub-contract their spamming activities. Maybe they have found a scapegoat. Way to go Zodiac Clothing.
